Terry is a seasoned Digital and Innovation Director with over 20 years of experience in driving digital revenue and product growth for publishers, advertisers, and digital platforms. As Chief Product & Technology Officer at Reach PLC, Terry has extensive expertise in product management, operations, data strategy, and all facets of digital marketing.


In 2019, Terry founded and launched Mantis, to offer a suite of natural language AI-powered solutions to create an efficient, more transparent advertising ecosystem for publishers, brands, and audiences. With a proven track record of delivering innovative digital solutions, Terry continues to be an industry leader in digital strategy and technology.

Fiona is an expert in 1st party data strategies, data monetisation, carbon reduction, digital innovation, data-driven marketing, brand positioning, sales, strategic partnerships, business development.

 

In her previous roles, Fiona has pioneered new tech platforms to the UK market, launching to publishers and brands. Before that, she spent a decade at blue-chip media owners including Trinity Mirror, Bauer, and News International.

 

With over 20 years of experience in the media industry, Fiona has developed a holistic understanding and created numerous long-standing, profitable relationships with media agencies, publishers, and brands. Known for her strategic vision and business growth acumen, Fiona is a thought leader dedicated to advancing MarTech, AdTech, and publishing platforms.

Benjamin Pheloung

Benjamin Pheloung

Ben is a senior executive with extensive experience in ad tech, specialising in strategic development and operational efficiency in digital advertising. In his previous role, he enhanced the first-party search data network, and in another role managed the demand and supply teams for the display and video exchange.


Ben is well known for building strong strategic data, media, and commercial partnerships, with an extensive background in negotiating global commercial and trading agreements. His expertise includes data-driven programmatic strategy, DMP integrations and performance, and digital advertising operations. He has also led initiatives to ensure GDPR compliance for data-led companies.

Mariana is a strategic and results-driven media and sales specialist with over 15 years of experience across UK and international markets. With a strong focus on digital and BVOD, brand safety measurement, programmatic solutions, and data-led strategies, she has a proven track record in driving growth and delivering innovative media solutions.

 

Throughout her career, Mariana has held senior roles including Senior Agency Sales at Seedtag and STV Group. Mariana has built trusted relationships with major London based media agencies, ATDs and FTSE 100 companies, leveraging her British, Italian and Brazilian background to connect seamlessly across diverse markets. She is well regarded for her expertise across all major agency groups in the programmatic trading and brand safety space, building strong relationships with teams at organisations such as Omnicom.
